Stonewell Agency ("Stonewell," "we," "us") is a brand of Ironveil Holdings LLC, based in Gilbert, Arizona. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit our website, submit a form (including Facebook and Instagram lead forms), book a call, or communicate with us.
Information we collect
- Contact details you provide: your name, business name, phone number, email, and service area.
- Business details you provide: licensing and insurance status, marketing budget, and your answers to our qualification questions.
- Meta lead ads: when you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc. passes us the information you entered, plus form and ad identifiers.
- Communications: your calls, texts, emails, and chats with us. Calls may be recorded, with notice where the law requires it.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring URLs, and campaign identifiers such as UTM parameters and ad click IDs (for example fbclid and gclid).
Cookies and tracking
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, Google advertising and analytics tags, and HighLevel tracking. We use them to measure which ads and pages lead to inquiries, attribute leads to campaigns, and improve our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google account settings, or at optout.aboutads.info.
How we use information
We use it to respond to your inquiry, decide whether our services are a fit, schedule calls and send reminders, send information you requested, provide services under a written agreement, measure and improve our marketing, and meet our legal obligations.
Our CRM and service providers
We store and manage your information in HighLevel (LeadConnector), our CRM and messaging platform. We also use service providers for scheduling, email, and phone and SMS delivery, as well as Stripe for payments, Google, and Meta. They process information on our behalf and only to provide their services to us.
Calls, texts, and email
If you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may call or text you about your inquiry and our services, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only with the service providers described above, when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger, sale, or other business transfer.
Retention
We keep information as long as we need it for the purposes above. Typically that means the length of our business relationship, plus any period needed for commission reconciliation, records, and legal obligations. We then delete or anonymize it. Opt-out records are kept so we can honor them.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent to calls, texts, or email at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law. We won't discriminate against you for using them. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity first.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
